Recently my friend Justin, who is working on his PPL, wanted to go flying and so we did. We scooped up another friend, Ryan, and baby Lucy and off we went. We flew through the North GA mountains over some very scenic fall leaves and ended up at KGMU, Greenville Downtown. They have an excellent restaurant and aviation themed playground there. Lucy loved the playground. We did a touch and go at 9A0, Lumpkin County, which is always a favorite airport of mine to land at.
